Ahhh... the title sounds so drastic I know, but every day millions of people pop a pill for whatever their ailment. Looking for that fast relief, but the pain continues. The pills you're taking are just to assist in relieving the agonizing pain, that you are currently experiencing but its just masking an underlying pain and when the pill wears away you are taking another pill.

Here's another simple way of looking at your health, take your (age) and then multiply it by 365 (days in a year)
EXAMPLE: I'm 39 years old and there are 365 days in a year ( we aren't including leap year because you get the point)
so multiply 39 x 365 = 14, 235
That's 14,235 days roughly, I would need to reverse. Thousands of days of bad eating, over or under exercising, environmental pollution, mental stress... THIS.LIST.GOES.ON.... So just like it took one day at a time to get to where you are, it will take one day at a time to reverse that damage. So allow yourself time. Quick fixes and 7 day detoxes aint gonna cut it.
